Do you know the meaning of  'drive by download' ? Let us explain it: hackers will hack into a website and put this malware (Cyber Protection Center) to be downloaded whenever you are visiting this particular site. It will try to push that download unto your computer. If you do not have some very good and recent security program, or if the malware is very new, then your computer will become infected. Once hidden unto your system, Cyber Protection Center will scan your system (those are false scans!) and will display lots of infections. You will eventually get  the Cyber Protection Center window with that particular message you saw at the beginning of this document. Do not buy that license for Cyber Security ! All those infections are fake ones ! Cyber Protection Center was designed to try to trick you and get your money.

On top of that, you will quickly discover your security program is not working anymore (Cyber Protection Center is blocking it !) and you cannot access any online websites related to security programs. This is because Cyber Protection Center was designed this way in order not to get cleaned easily. Lots of Windows applications (including your System Restore and Registry Editor) will not work at all. Your browser settings will be modified by Cyber Protection Center. It will also show you the advertisement you saw at the beginning. Cyber Protection Center will stay resident in the background the whole time.
