To end a program Hold down the ctrl + alt + del key at the same time. This will bring up the Windows Task Manager. From there you can end the proccess and then delete the needed file. If the Task Manager has been disabled by the virus then chances are you can boot into safe mode under the system administrator and bring up the Task Manager there.
