If the Task Manager has been disabled by the virus, then chances are you can boot into safe mode under the system administrator and bring up the Task Manager there.
If this does not work ,then try downloading one of the proccess killing tools below. They work much like the Windows Task Manager and will allow you to terminate specific file names so they are no longer running. Then you should have no issues deleting them manually.
