Anticare Virus Removal Guide

Anticare is a rogue anti-malware application that pretends to be a legitimate program in an attempt to scare users into purchasing a license for its full version. This rogue program gets installed through Trojans that get downloaded from malicious websites which promote similar rogue anti-malware programs. Once installed, Anticare proceeds to perform endless fake scans on the system, practically showering the user with false reports that the system is dangerously infected with malware. It also performs unrequested browser redirects to malicious websites whenever the user attempts browse the internet. Another annoying trait that Anticare has is the endless stream of fake warning pop-ups that it generates. All these features tend to make one request from the user: to purchase a license to the ‘full’ version of Anticare under the claim that the currently installed ‘trial’ version is incapable of removing the detected ‘threats’. However, no version of Anticare can in fact remove any threats from any computer, be it fictional or real.
