Let us explain it: hackers will hack into a website and put this malware (Cyber Protection Center) to be downloaded whenever you are visiting this particular site. It will try to push that download unto your computer. If you do not have some very good and recent security program, or if the malware is very new, then your computer will become infected. Once hidden unto your system, Cyber Protection Center will scan your system (those are false scans!) and will display lots of infections. This is because Cyber Protection Center was designed this way in order not to get cleaned easily. Lots of Windows applications (including your System Restore and Registry Editor) will not work at all. Your browser settings will be modified by Cyber Protection Center. It will also show you the advertisement you saw at the beginning. Cyber Protection Center will stay resident in the background the whole time.
