Its nature is to hijack browser which means it can change your home page browser page to Webssearches without asking for a permission to do so. At the same time, this adware can add this link (http://istart.webssearches.com/?type=sc&ts=<timestamp>&from=<affiliate_id>&uid=<disk_id>) to several shortcut web browser and a few not internet related programs.

And once you launched one of these hijacked shortcuts, the Webssearches.com web page will open. However, you may fail to uninstall webssearches from your computer just like the ordinary programs. Cleaning your computer with this adware need specialized tools.

You can view the very recent installed programs by clicking the “Installed On” column find the program by means of the installation date. This will make it easier to find using the installation date on the list and uninstall those unwanted or unknown programs.
