How to Terminate a Running Process

In many cases you will need to terminate or end a currently running process or aplication in order to delete a file.  This is very common for fake security clients and the like. To end a program Hold down the ctrl + alt + del key at the same time.  This will bring up the Windows Task Manager.  From there you can end the proccess and then delete the needed file.

Often times when you can not bring the Task Manager up it is because of two reasons.

1.
